There have been many methods and recipes for beef jerky handed down over the centuries. Unfortunately, they have never gotten it quite right, until now. Our jerky is unlike any other product that you will find on the market today. Our secret recipe and method produces incredibly flavorful and tender jerky. If you answer yes to any of the following, then you are on your way to perfection. Are you tired of dry and tasteless jerky? Not happy with flat, formed sausage they pass off as jerky? Concerned about the effects of artificial additives and ingredients? Well, you came to the right place. Our jerky is USDA select beef top round, marinated in a blend of all natural ingredients and with no added artificial preservatives or additives. We go so far as to have our soy sauce specially made for us with out sodium benzoate, a preservative added to soy sauce. Also, our jerky is slow smoked using real wood chips. This creates not only an aromatic, but an extremely flavorful jerky. Many companies use "Liquid Smoke" on their jerky, which leaves an after taste that is very unpleasant.
